Many companies say their staff is their greatest asset. Here at CHNCT, we like to think that as a service organization, it is our staff that truly makes the difference for our stakeholders. We hold ourselves to a very high standard of business ethics and conduct. We know that the resources supporting the care our members receive are precious and finite.
We understand our responsibility to help use these resources wisely, fairly, and efficiently. We expect and encourage our people to challenge themselves, and to stretch their own capabilities. We embrace change as inevitable in our environment. We endeavor not just to cope with change, but to find positive ways to shape its impact on our stakeholders.
Our Compensation
At CHNCT, it’s our goal to offer our staff base rates of pay that compare favorably to those prevailing in the marketplace for similar work; while at the same time recognizing the differing skills, knowledge, experience, and capabilities they apply to their roles here.

We also provide and strive to maintain a comprehensive benefit program that contains both core offerings and voluntary options that allow you to personalize your benefits to your needs.
Great Benefits CHNCT Offers
  • Medical and dental coverage options
  • Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts
  • Group term life insurance

  • A 401(k) plan with company-match and immediate vesting
